i went to sea world san diego when i was 14 years old. after watching the cove and learning more about how captivity affects whales, i regret going to the park so much. the whales are kept in a cage and made to do tricks for the amusement of people. they are treated like toys at the shows and shamu stuffed animals are even sold at the parks (for absolutely ridiculous prices). everything is done so that sea world can make the greatest profit regardless of the affect on the animals. it’s really a disgusting practice and this movie shows the consequences of forgetting that these animals are meant to be in the wild. i will never go to another sea world, zoo or any park that houses animals in captivity for entertainment ever again.
